மொட்டப்பாறை என்ற மலையில் 3 மீட்டர் அகலம் மற்றும் 2 மீட்டர் உயரம் கொண்ட பாறை ஓவியம் காணப்படுகிறது. இப்பாறையில் மூன்று காலக்கட்டங்களில் ஓவியங்கள் வரையப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன. முதலில் சிவப்பு நிறத்திலும் பின்பு வெள்ளை நிறத்திலும் ஓவியங்கள் வரையப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன. இதற்கு அடுத்த காலக்கட்டத்தில் வரையப்பட்ட ஓவியங்களில், சற்று மங்கிய வெள்ளை நிறத்தில் மனித உருவங்கள் காணப்படுகின்றன. இதற்கு அடுத்த காலக்கட்டத்தில் வரையப்பட்ட வெள்ளை நிற ஓவியங்களிலும் மனிதர்கள் நின்ற நிலையில் காட்சிப் படுத்தப்பட்டிருக்கின்றனர். இரத்தச் சிவப்பு நிற ஓவியங்களில் கோணல்மாணலான கோடுகள் (ஜிக்ஜாக் வடிவமைப்புகள்) மற்றும் பிற வடிவியல் வடிவங்கள் சித்தரிக்கப் பட்டிருக்கின்றன. இவை வரலாற்றுக்கு முற்பட்ட காலத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவையாக இருக்கலாம்.

On the Mottaipārai hill, rock art has been noticed on a surface that measures 3 meters in width and 2 meters in height. This rock features paintings created in three different periods. Initially, the paintings were done in red color, followed by white color in later phases. Among these, the dark-red paintings are difficult to interpret in terms of their forms and structures. The dark red paintings include zigzag patterns and other geometric shapes. the paintings were done in a slightly faded white color, depicting human figures. In the subsequent phase, the white-colored paintings portray humans in standing positions.The dark red paintings include zigzag patterns and other geometric shapes. In the paintings executed in white, the human figures appear slightly blurred. These paintings may belong to a time period that predates the historical period.
